We don’t charge any service charge in order to arrange a suitable home tutor to you.
How long it takes to get a tutor?
- Under normal circumstances, we could get you a tutor within 24 hours time.
- But if the tuition location is a little bit far like Bangi, Rawang or Semenyih areas, we might need more time to get a tutor for you as not many tutors available/ cover your area.
- If really no tutor found in your area, you could consider to use our online tuition service.
- We are very confident we could find you a suitable tutor as online tuition service cover whole Malaysia regardless of your location.

What if I am not satisfied with the tutor after spoken/ interview the tutor?
- We will try our best to get the most qualified & suitable tutor for your child who meet your requirements.
- If you are not happy after spoken/ interview or meet up with the tutor, you don’t have any obligation to use our tutor.
- Just let us know, we will get a replacement tutor for you within 24 hours!
What if I am not satisfied with the tutor given after 1st lesson or after 1 month of the lessons conducted?
Same like the above, you could inform the tutor and stop the tuition service immediately, just pay the tuition fees for the lesson’s taught,
What if my child is not comfortable/ can't adapt/ not happy with the teaching style of the tutor?
- We always believe that learning shoud be fun & enjoyable.
- If your child is not happy with the tutor for any reason, just let us know.
- We will get a replacement tutor for your within 24 hours!
What is the payment term like?
- You only pay the tuition fees directly to the tutor (cash/ bank transfer/cheque) If there is any issue with the payment, kindly contact us. We will sort it out for you.
- If there is any tutor who ask for the advanced tuition fees, do let us know.

Can I terminate the online tuition service anytime?
- You could stop the tuition service anytime (for any reason). Just pay the outstanding tuition fees to the tutor for the lessons been taught.

- Home tuition is one of the most effective way to learn, but normally you should give us around 3 months to see the significant improvement on the result or improvement.
